Question asked: I think i burned the motor control boards of 13 of my motors (Pupper v3), how much is a control board ? I'm sure the boards are so much cheaper. Can u give me a quote. Can you ship to the USA?

Question asked: I bought 12 GIM4305-10 motors with GDS34 Driver, but im supposed to use the Pupper V3 version of the motor. The motor i got has a 3pin sh connector and a separate 4pin sh connector, but i cannot find any documentation on the pinouts for this. I can only find documentation pinouts on motors with 2x 4 pin sh connectors. Can you send me information on those? Chinese documentation is fine, I just need the pinouts.

Could you please let me know whether a CAN communication cable is included with the motor and GDK34 driver? If it is not included, could you please provide the connector specifications?

Hi, yes, a CAN communication cable( XT30(2+2) cable) will be included for GDK34 driver.
But you need to prepare a USB-CAN adapter to using our debugging software.

Q 1 : What's the difference between V1.0 and V1.1?

A: The GIM4305-10 V1.0 version can only install an encoder,
while the GIM4305-10 V1.1 version can only install a driver board.

Q 2 : What's the difference between GDZ34 driver and GDS34 driver?

A: The GDZ34 driver supports three communication protocols: CAN, 485, and Modbus, while the GDS34 drive board supports CAN communication.

For GIM4305-10 motor, dual encoders not supported.

【 Dual encoder support is not available for models GIM3505-8, GIM4305-10, GIM4310-10, GIM4310-36 and GIM10015-9.
Standard for all other models in GIM series.】

If you need to use our host computer software to debug the motor, the following applies:

· For the GDZ34 driver board, a USB-to-485 adapter is required (please note that some other brands may not be compatible; it is available for purchase if needed).
· For the GDS34 driver board, a CP2102 must be used.
