Summary of All Issues
Real-time Update

Here are some basic brief descriptions below.
Specific remaining issues will be continuously updated.

About Motor:

1. All motors have a random UVW phase sequence (no fixed order).
【 Because our driver has a self-identification function, we do not use a fixed phase sequence.】
If your driver does not have this function, please test and determine the sequence yourself.

Q 1: What are the other two thin wires on the motor?
A:   The two thin red wires are leads from the thermistor on the motor (we called it temperature wires).

About Driver Board:

1. 【 There are currently three series of driver boards: the GDZ series, the GDS series, and the GDM series.】

The differences between them are:
The driver boards of the GDZ series support three communication protocols: CAN, RS485, and Modbus.
The driver boards of the GDS series support CAN communication.
The GDM series is MIT driver.

2. 【 If you need to use our host computer software to debug the motor, the following applies:】

【 Please note that other driver boards in the GDS series are different from the GDS68 driver board and need to be distinguished (whether the adapter or the host computer software.】
The host computer software used by the GDS68 driver board and other driver boards in the GDS series only share the same name and must not be used interchangeably!!!

driver-------adapter--------name of host computer software

GDZ-------USB-to-485-------ZE300_GUI 3.02d
GDS---------CP2102----------steadywin_motorwizard_1.8.4.230418
GDM------USB2CAN---------USB2CAN_V1.2
GDS68------Type-C-----------steadywin_motorwizard_2.1.1.241017

· For the driver board of GDZ series, a USB-to-485 adapter is required (please note that some other brands may not be compatible; it is available for purchase if needed).
· For the driver board of GDS series ( Excluding the GDS68 driver board), a CP2102 must be used.
· For the GDS68 driver board, you need a type-C cable.(no adapter)
· For the driver board of GDS series , a USB2CAN adapter  must be used.

Q 1 : What's the difference between GDZ468 driver and GDZ468H driver?

A : The only difference between GDZ468 and GDZ468H is that the operating voltage range of GDZ468 is 12-40V, while the operating voltage range of GDZ468H is 12-52V.
